so thats great! the last three days have been super duper shitty for me. i have been on the edge of an emotional break down, i could feel it. this morning i got up early and did two exercise videos from slimtree.com and then ate breakfast in the living room. i'm just chillin now getting ready to start my work day. today is going to bed good! im gonna go out tonight and im gonna have fun!!
